Concord, CA
Concord's large mid-century housing stock is the classic candidate for replacing tired carpet with modern waterproof plank.
Flooring & remodeling in Concord
Concord has an enormous stock of 1950s through 1970s single-family homes, and they share a common profile: original hardwood or long-serving carpet, compact kitchens and bathrooms that have been remodelled once and are due again, and subfloors that are generally sound but rarely perfectly flat.
That makes it excellent territory for a full flooring replacement combined with new baseboard. Running one continuous waterproof plank through the living areas modernises a mid-century floor plan more effectively than almost any other single change, and the free baseboard we include on flooring jobs finishes it properly.
We also take on kitchen and bathroom remodels, interior and exterior painting and concrete driveway and patio work throughout Concord, from Todos Santos and the Monument corridor out to Clayton Valley and Ygnacio Valley.
